The following information will help the Zydot Euro blend to work as effectively as possible and should be followed to the letter.

Avoid drinking a large amount of water 2 hours before ingestion.

Avoid a large meal 4 hours before drinking Euro Blend. A light meal is fine.

The following points should be avoided for 24 to 48 hours before taking Euro Blend: Unprescribed medications - Golden Seal - Alcohol - Acidic liquids (such as vinegar, cucumber juice, fruit juices, coffee, etc.) - Large amounts of vitamins - Salty foods.

If possible, take the mixture only after you are awake for 4 to 5 hours.

DRINKING INSTRUCTIONS
The Euro mixture is most effective 1 to 4 hours after completing step 4.
1. Drink only one 0.5L of water 1 hour before drinking the drink.
2. Shake well.
3. Drink the entire contents.
4. Fifteen minutes after taking the Euro Blend, refill the bottle with water and drink empty.
5. You need to urinate 2 to 3 times to flush toxins out of the body.

Note: Allow about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to complete the drinking process (steps 1 - 5)
